Claims

If you need to make a claim for you camera, please implement the following:

  • Report the theft to the police within 24 hours
  • If your claim relates to a faulty item, the faulty item must be provided
  • Contact Supercover Insurance within 48 hours of discovery of any claim at:

If you fail to comply with the above your claim may be delayed or rejected.
